Important WHLPAP Deadlines and Submission Guidelines
Attention WHLPAP Members:
WDAA Horse Lifetime Points and Awards 1 ½ Point Show
For those participating in show #24-200 WDAA Online International Challenge, test attachments are not required for point submissions. However, for all other shows, please ensure you include your test attachments with your submissions.
Key Deadlines to Remember:
Horse Enrollments – 7/01/2024
To earn achievements that will be presented at the 2024 WHLPAP Awards Banquet, your horse must be submitted for enrollment with payment by July 1, 2024. Make sure to complete this process on time to be eligible for this year’s awards.
WHLPAP Point and Annual Recording Submissions – 7/31/2024
The deadline for annual recordings and point submissions for the 2024 award presentation is July 31, 2024. Due to tight shipping deadlines and the need to order custom awards, we are unable to offer exceptions to this cut-off date. Any achievements earned after this date will be recognized at the 2025 WHLPAP Awards Banquet.
Our dedicated staff volunteers extra hours every July to ensure all submissions are reviewed, awards are customized, and ordered on time. We appreciate their hard work and commitment to making the awards presentation a success.
