WHLPAP Exceptional Rider Points

WHLPAP is more than just a an awards program; it’s a community that fosters skill development, camaraderie, and a shared passion for Western Dressage. We are proud to honor the achievements of all our equine partnerships and are committed to providing a supportive environment for everyone.

WDAA honors the accomplishments of our Exceptional Rider equines with a points system that fairly reflects their dedication and skill.

WDAA Exceptional Rider Test Scoring

This chart shows the calculated points earned based on show type and Test Percentage score for WDAA Physically Challenged and Therapeutic Rider Division Classes.

All tests must be  judged by a USEF-licensed Western Dressage Judge at WDAA Recognized show. Submissions must meet WHLPAP Rules.

Horses participating in the program and submitting Physically Challenged Division classes  or Therapeutic Rider Division classes can currently earn the following WHLPAP Awards:

Register of Achievement

Register of Excellence

As WDAA expands the test offerings of the Exceptional Rider Program, we will also expand the level offerings to work towards all eligible Achievements in the WHLPAP program.
